How does the 30-day complimentary Pro access work?
Every new account receives all Pro features for 30 days. No credit card is required and no subscription starts automatically. After 30 days, an account without a paid subscription moves to Free and keeps up to 3 active students.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Your Pro access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless a full refund is issued.
What is the refund policy?
For web purchases, monthly charges are non-refundable once charged. Annual charges are refundable when requested within 14 calendar days after the initial purchase or renewal, except where required by law or for confirmed billing errors. App-store purchases follow the applicable store’s refund process.
Does izow take a percentage of lesson payments?
No. izow does not currently take a commission from lesson payments. Stripe may charge its standard card-processing fees.
What happens when I reach 3 active students?
During complimentary Pro access you can add unlimited students. If you do not subscribe, you choose 3 to keep active when the 30 days end. Every other student and all related history remain safely archived, not deleted.
