Common Help Topics

Signing in or resetting a password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Check your junk folder if the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes.

Connecting Stripe

Open Settings, choose Payments Setup, and follow Connect Stripe. Stripe may briefly show Payments Pending while it activates the account.

Payment links

Open Payments, select an outstanding package, and create a payment link. Online payments are processed by the coach's connected Stripe account.

Correcting records

Use the three-dot action menu beside supported students, lessons, packages, or payment records to access available edit or remove actions.

Privacy or account deletion

Email support@izow.app from the address used for your izow account. Include whether you want account help, a data copy, or permanent deletion.

When Contacting Support

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, or sensitive student notes. Screenshots are helpful, but remove information that support does not need to resolve the issue.
